Why do we need a CAP Strategic Plan?

  • To assess the current Commuter Assistance Plan:
    • Who is being served
    • What areas are being served
    • What programs and services are currently available
    • How programs and services are being communicated to people who live and work in our area
  • To identify unmet needs & opportunities for improvement
  • To create strategies to better serve the NRV in the future:
    • How we can better communicate, collaborate and adapt to future trends
