EngageNRV invites residents across the New River Valley to participate in our “Smile with your Eyes” photo contest. The most “liked” photo will win a $50 gift card to a local business of their choice!



How to Join in the Fun:


  1. Take a photo showing us how you “smile with your eyes” (be sure to follow the photo tips below!)
  2. Upload your photo to the community board.
  3. Share this page with your local friends and family and have them “like” your photo on the community board.
  4. Check out the other photo submissions and “like” your favorites.
  5. Come back on May 10th, 2021, to see if you won!
  6. You can post your photo anytime between now and May 4th. Voting is continuous throughout the contest until May 9th! The winning photo will be the entry with the most likes and unique comments. We’ll contact the winner at the end of the contest.


Photo Check List:


☑ Mask up! Any mask will do, just make sure you’re wearing it in the photo!

☑ For best results and to avoid “stretching”, upload a square photo (not required, but strongly recommended!)

☑ Your photo and caption follows the Community Guidelines
